These terms apply to the EaseOrderBiz seller app, the EaseOrderBiz Customer app and the website https://easeorderbiz.ravikiranpotnuriapps.com/ ("EaseOrderBiz"), provided by EaseOrderBiz Technologies ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You log in with a mobile number verified by OTP. You are responsible for activity on your account and your staff accounts. You must be 18 or older and running a lawful business.

2. What EaseOrderBiz does

EaseOrderBiz helps you record orders, products, customers, payments and dues, and prepare messages that you send to your customers through WhatsApp, SMS or other apps. You decide what to send and to whom.

3. Payments from your customers

Money your customers pay goes directly to your UPI ID or your own payment gateway account (for example Razorpay or Cashfree). We do not collect, hold or settle these payments and are not a party to your sales. Disputes about goods, delivery or refunds are between you and your customer.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, prices include GST unless stated otherwise, and a plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Plans bought through Google Play follow Google Play's billing and refund rules. See our refund and cancellation policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use EaseOrderBiz to send spam or unsolicited promotional messages, to sell prohibited goods, or to mislead customers. Message only people who have bought from you or asked to hear from you. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.

6. Your data

You own your shop data. We process it to run the service as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep EaseOrderBiz available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before important changes take effect.

9. Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction. Questions: support@example.com.
