Before you start
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Bills, pay pages and your shop link open in any phone browser. The EaseOrderBiz Customer app is optional for regular buyers.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. EaseOrderBiz opens WhatsApp or your SMS app with the message ready, and you tap Send. Automatic sending through the WhatsApp Business Platform is available on the Business plan.
Where does customer money go?
Straight to your UPI ID or your own Razorpay / Cashfree account. EaseOrderBiz never collects or holds payments for your shop.
Which languages are supported?
Customer messages in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali and Gujarati. The app itself is in English, Hindi and Telugu, with more coming.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Add staff by phone number on Pro or Business. Staff can take orders and payments; managers can also edit products and prices.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your shop moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade any time.
Is my data safe?
Data is stored on secured servers, payment keys are encrypted, and you can delete your account and data from the app at any time.
